How to make plain frosting
- 1 icing sugar
- 1 boiled water
- 1 (optional) food colouring
- Boil the water in a kettle.
- Empty about 1/5 of the icing sugar into a small glass bowl.
- Pour in a small amount of boiling water into the bowl.
- If you have food colouring add it when you have added the water.
- REMEMBER, you only use a drop of food colouring!

- Stir the mix with a spoon until it has blended together.
- Using a spatula, spread frosting over your buns, cookies, cake etc.
- You can add more or less icing sugar depending on the size of what you are making.
