How to make plain frosting

• 1 icing sugar
• 1 boiled water
• 1 (optional) food colouring

1. Boil the water in a kettle.
2. Empty about 1/5 of the icing sugar into a small glass bowl.
3. Pour in a small amount of boiling water into the bowl.
4. If you have food colouring add it when you have added the water.
5. REMEMBER, you only use a drop of food colouring!

7. Stir the mix with a spoon until it has blended together.
8. Using a spatula, spread frosting over your buns, cookies, cake etc.
9. You can add more or less icing sugar depending on the size of what you are making.
