Turkey Or Chicken Marsala Recipe
- 1 pound pkg. turkey breast slices or possibly 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. dry marsala wine
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. water
- Put butter in skillet on medium heat.
- Cook turkey or possibly chicken 3 min on each side.
- Combine flour, garlic and bouillon cubes (crushed) in bowl.
- Slowly add in water and wine till smooth.
- Add in to skillet, allow to thicken.
- Add in mushrooms.
- Put turkey or possibly chicken in skillet and allow to cook for 3 to 5 min, constantly stirring.
- If gravy thickens too much, add in water, a 1/4 c. at a time.
- Serve with rice.
