Great Grandma's Chicken & Dumplings Recipe

  1. Let broth cold while working.
  2. Make well in center of flour.
  3. Beat the egg into the broth.
  4. Slowly pour cooled broth into the well till all flour is blended.
  5. Roll out dumplings to desired thickness, cut and drop into the broth and chicken, boiling.
  6. Cook till tender (approximately 20 min).
