Chocolate Meringue Explosion

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C.
  2. Take the chocolate moose/pudding, tip into a bowl and whip until smooth.
  3. Place mini eggs into a sandwich bag and crush until thoroughly broken up.
  4. Pour around half of this into the chocolate mixture and mix.
  5. Place both meringue nests on a baking tray.
  6. Split the assorted sweets between the two meringues and place at the bottom of the nest.
  7. Split the chocolate mix between both nests.
  8. Garnish with the remaining mini eggs.
  9. Heat for approximately two minutes, or until the moose starts to melt and the meringue golden.
  10. Enjoy!
  11. Feel free to eat both in front of your fiancee, and tell him how you'd offer him one but you know how much he doesn't usually like what you pull out of the oven.
  12. Smile :)
