Garlic Pita Chips

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Coat one side of each pita with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle the pitas evenly with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut each pita into 8 wedges; arrange wedges in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 340 for 20 minutes or until crisp.
