Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together entire contents of the can of pineapple chunks, soy sauce and brown sugar.
  3. Cut bacon strips into 3 equal pieces.
  4. Wrap each water chestnut in one piece of the cut bacon.
  5. Secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place into a 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Pour the pineapple mixture over the top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers.
