Tropical Banana Oats

  1. Bring the vanilla coconut milk to a boil.
  2. Bring the heat down to simmer.
  3. Stir in the steel cut oats, salt, sugar, and extra virgin coconut oil.
  4. Continue to stir at a low heat for five minutes.
  5. When the oats show to a mild thickness, turn off the heat and add the cinnamon and honey.
  6. Slice the bananas with the spoon so they fall freely in the pot.
  7. Stir and serve.
