Pepperoni Chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cover a baking sheet in foil (for easy clean up).
  3. Then place the pepperoni slices on the sheet in rows.
  4. It doesnt matter how close together they are, just as long as they are not touching.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove, and dab each pepperoni with a paper towel.
  7. This removes some of the grease/oil.
  8. Return to the oven to bake for another 16 minutes (I was told 8 minutes, but mine definitely took 16, and probably couldve gone longer!).
  9. When in doubt, I take one for the team and just stick my finger in the oven and touch one to see if it is done.
  10. Once they have shrunk in size and are visibly crispy, remove from the oven.
  11. Dab each pepperoni with a paper towel, and enjoy!
  12. They are great warm or at room temperature.
