Crockpot Pulled Pork
- 8 lb Pork Shoulder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp season salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Rosemary
- 1/4 cup Apple Vinegar
- 8 oz BBQ sauce
- 1 water
- Smother rub on pork shoulder.
- Place Pork shoulder in crockpot.
- Shower pork with honey and rosemary.
- Fill crockpot with water and vinegar.
- Add enough water to level off top.
- Cook on 8-10 hour setting.
- After about 4 hours, pour in BBQ sauce and continue cooking until pork is loosened.
- In crock pot, use forks to pull and shred pork.
- Place pork on bread and enjoy.
