Green Pepperoni Steak Recipe

  2. Crush all but 1 tsp.
  3. of green peppercorn.
  4. Mix with paste made with butter and mustard.
  5. Spread mix on both sides of steaks.

  7. Cook steaks till well browned on both sides, 4 min per side.
  8. Remove, sprinkle brandy over steaks; baste till flames subside.
  9. 3.
  10. Remove steaks into dish, sprinkle with salt; keep steaks hot.
  11. 4.
  12. Stir shallot, tomato paste, cream and wine into pan in that steaks were cooked.
  13. Boil rapidly; stir frequently till sauce is thick.
  14. 5.
  15. Pour sauce over steaks.
  16. Sprinkle remaining green peppercorn over steaks.
  17. Serve.
  18. Serves 4.
