Lavender Cookies

• 23 cup butter
• 12 cup sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
• 1 12 cups self raising flour

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease two baking sheets.
3. Cream the butter and sugar together, and then stir in the egg.
4. Mix in the lavender flowers and the flour.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on the baking sheets.
6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden.
