Cheesy Ham Scalloped Potatoes
- 2 c. cubed ham, cooked
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin (approximately 2 lb.)
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
- Place half of the ham in a 2-quart casserole which has been sprayed with Pam.
- Cover with half of the potatoes and half of the onion.
- Sift half of the flour over and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Repeat layering ham, potatoes, onion, flour, salt and pepper.
- Pour milk over all.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 in oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Uncover.
- Combine bread crumbs and melted oleo.
- Sprinkle atop casserole.
- Add shredded cheese on top and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake 15 minutes longer.
- Serves approximately 6 people.
