Sausage Hot Pot Pie
- 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and corn
- 1/2 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 sheets savoury shortcrust pastry
- 410g can KRAFT* Vegetables and Sausages
- Boil or steam potatoes until tender.
- Drain, then mash until smooth.
- Fold through frozen vegetables, cheese and parsley.
- Line an 18cm pie tin with pastry.
- Trim edges to fit.
- Fill with vegetables and sausages, then top with potato mixture.
- Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and piping hot.
