Sausage Hot Pot Pie

  1. Boil or steam potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain, then mash until smooth.
  3. Fold through frozen vegetables, cheese and parsley.
  4. Line an 18cm pie tin with pastry.
  5. Trim edges to fit.
  6. Fill with vegetables and sausages, then top with potato mixture.
  7. Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and piping hot.
