Quick-Fix Cheeseburger Meatloaf

• 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 10 saltine crackers, crushed
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
• 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard just until blended.
3. Press onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 40 min.
5. or until done (160F).
6. Spread meatloaf with ketchup; top with cheese.
7. Bake 5 min.
8. or until cheese is melted.
