Pepper Steak in a Packet

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut steak into thin strips.
  3. Place one serving of steak in each foil packet.
  4. Next, sprinkle steak with garlic powder and black pepper.
  5. Top with red and green strips of bell pepper.
  6. Drizzle lite teriyaki sauce over everything.
  7. Double fold end of each packet.
  8. Make sure you leave room for heat to circulate.
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
  10. On covered grill, cook each packet for 7 to 9 minutes.
  11. Serve over cooked rice.
