Custard Pie Recipe
- 4 Large eggs (or possibly egg substitute)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pie crust, unbaked (optional if you just want custard)
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Test for doneness with a knife.
- Serves 7.
