Smoked Fish Deviled Eggs

  1. Hard cook, peel, half and pull out the centeres of the eggs.
  2. In a bowl mix half the yolks, the smoked fish (juices as well), crean cheese, hot sauce, and s+p.
  3. Mix very well.
  4. You could mix in a food processor too.
  5. Taste the mix and make sure it is to your satisfaction :).
  6. Fill each egg white half with mixture and top with a dab of caviar.
  7. I do not add salt as the caviar adds enough of it!
  8. They are best very chilled.
