Southern Pecan Pie

  1. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9 inch pie plate, folding the edges in, rounding it out (as seen in photo).
  2. Beat sugar & eggs.
  3. Add melted butter & corn syrup.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add pecans, mixing to coat.
  6. Pour in pie crust.
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 min or until crust and top of pie is golden brown & bubbling.
  8. It will still be soft, once it cools it hardens :)
