Napa Cabbage and Caraway Slaw

• 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion
• 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, chopped fine
• 3 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage

1. In a bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add scallion, caraway, and cabbage and toss well.
