Chocolate Pecan Bars
- 1-1/4 cup flour, unsifted
- 1 cup Confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup margarine
- butter
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly.
- Press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat milk, egg and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread evenly over baked crust.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
- Store covered in refrigerator
