Mustard Crusted Tuna Steaks

  1. Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
  2. Brush each tuna steak with mustard.
  3. Dip coated tuna in bread crumbs to cover all sides.
  4. Heat butter in a large heavy skillet.
  5. Cook tuna steaks over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Turn carefully and cook other side.
  7. Do not overcook or tuna will be too dry.
