Mustard Crusted Tuna Steaks
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 4 (6 oz. each) fresh tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup your favorite mustard
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
- Brush each tuna steak with mustard.
- Dip coated tuna in bread crumbs to cover all sides.
- Heat butter in a large heavy skillet.
- Cook tuna steaks over medium heat until golden brown.
- Turn carefully and cook other side.
- Do not overcook or tuna will be too dry.
