Easy Cheesy Taco Dip

  1. Bring frying pan to medium heat.
  2. Cook ground beef in crumbles to 155F.
  3. Season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cumin.
  4. Bring pot to medium-low heat.
  5. Add milk, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bring to heat and melt together.
  7. Wash all veggies.
  8. Cut tomato in half, and set one half aside.
  9. Dice other half.
  10. Shred 1/2 cup lettuce.
  11. Cut 1/4" slice of onion, and dice.
  12. Dice habenero, and add to cheese mix.
  13. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, remove skin, and add to mixing bowl.
  14. Mash avocado, and stir in 1/2 the tomato.
  15. Remove beef from heat, spread cheese over top.
  16. Layer avocado, onion, lettuce, and tomato.
  17. Top with 1 tbsp sour cream if desired.
