Saucy BBQ Chicken & Potato Skillet
- 1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, halved
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- Place potatoes in microwaveable dish; cover.
- Microwave on HIGH 15 min.
- or until tender.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook 10 min.
- or until chicken is done (170F), turning chicken and stirring onions after 5 min.
- Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; stir.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through.
