Sweet & Spicy Chicken Drums

• 10 pieces Chicken wing drumettes
• 1 tbsp Tianmianjiang
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 150 ml Water
• 1 tbsp Sake
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 Takanotsume
• 1 pinch of each Salt and pepper

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Brown in a skillet.
3. Mix the seasonings and put into the pan with the chicken.
4. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
5. Take care not to let it burn and it's done!
