Carrots From A Garret

  1. Mix the carrots, croutons and cheese together.
  2. Place the mixture in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture over the carrot mixture.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
