Rosemary and White Wine Pork Chops

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Cook chops till they brown on both sides.
  3. Add 1/2 cup wine, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, till most liquid is gone.
  5. Add a cup of hot water and remaining wine and cook till boiling.
  6. Remove chops and make a gravy.
  7. Put chops on a plate with some gravy over them.
  8. Serve with creamed potatoes and choice of veggie and salad.
  9. Enjoy!
