Rosemary and White Wine Pork Chops
- 4 1-inch pork chops
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 fresh black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Cook chops till they brown on both sides.
- Add 1/2 cup wine, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic.
- Simmer, uncovered, till most liquid is gone.
- Add a cup of hot water and remaining wine and cook till boiling.
- Remove chops and make a gravy.
- Put chops on a plate with some gravy over them.
- Serve with creamed potatoes and choice of veggie and salad.
- Enjoy!
