Salmon Cakes

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls; blend with fork.
  2. Divide into four 13 cup portions and shape each into a 1inch thick patty.
  3. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium high heat.
  4. Add patties and cook until well browned on both sides, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve on rolls.
