Miso Butter Pork Pasta

• 1 box Spaghetti pasta
• 1/2 Green and red bell peppers
• 1/3 bunch Kale
• 1/3 Leek
• 2 cup Bean sprouts
• 1/4 Cabbage
• 3 tbsp Miso paste *
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce *
• 2 tbsp Sugar *
• 3 tbsp Sake *
• 2 tsp Mirin*
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Salt

1. Mix all (*)and put aside.
2. Boiled pasta.
3. Heat biggest flying pan and add oil and stir pork and cook until well done.
4. Add all vegetables and stir well.
5. Add all (*) and stir, add pasta and butter and stir add salt and mix well.
