Pale Ale Beer Queso Dip
- 1 1/4 pounds sliced Land O Lakes Deli White American, quartered
- 1 1/4 cups pale ale beer*
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- Red and green bell pepper strips
- Soft pretzel pieces
- Combine all queso ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until melted and smooth.
- Serve with desired dippers.
- *Substitute non-alcoholic light beer.
