Pale Ale Beer Queso Dip

• 1 1/4 pounds sliced Land O Lakes Deli White American, quartered
• 1 1/4 cups pale ale beer*
• 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
• Red and green bell pepper strips
• Soft pretzel pieces

1. Combine all queso ingredients in saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until melted and smooth.
3. Serve with desired dippers.
4. *Substitute non-alcoholic light beer.
