Taco Cheese Ball
- 2 boxes Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 bag Shredded Colby Cheese, Or Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives
- 1 bag Corn Chips (I Use Fritos)
- Options: Lite cream cheese, low sodium taco seasoning, and lite shredded cheese taste great too!
- Olives are optional.
- This makes enough to share with many friends, and is especially great for tailgates.
- -Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning, and DRAINED green chiles together in bowl (I use my hands).
- Be sure to mix thoroughly.
- Form into a ball and place on serving tray.
- Sprinkle/pat shredded cheese to cover the ball.
- Finally, place black olive slices around taco ball.
- You could also make a jackolantern face with the olives for Halloween.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with Fritos, Wheat Thins, or Tostitos all are great.
- Enjoy!
