Crispy Corn Toasts

  1. Bring the milk to boil.
  2. Mix some cold milk with the custard powder and add to the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 5 mins over a slow flame.
  4. Serve hot or chilled over crisp toasted bread slices.
