Warm Spinach & Crab Dip
- 3 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 3 cups fresh lump crabmeat, picked over, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Combine ingredients.
- For each serving: Spoon 1-1/2 oz (45 g) dip into 2-oz.
- (60-g) ovenproof ramekin sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) standard oven 10 to 15 min.
