Honey Ricotta Dip

• 250 g fresh low-fat ricotta
• 13 cup diet vanilla yogurt
• 2 teaspoons clear honey
• fruit, to serve

1. Place ricotta, yogurt and honey in a medium bowl.
2. Using a stick mixer, blend until smooth.
3. Serve with fruit.
