Coffee Buttercream Frosting

• 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Instant Coffee Beverage Mix, any flavor
• 3 Tbsp. hot milk
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 4 cups icing sugar

1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
2. Dissolve 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe Mix, any flavour, in 3 Tbsp.
3. hot milk.
4. Beat 1/2 cup softened butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
5. Gradually add 4 cups icing sugar, beating on low speed until well blended.
6. Mix in coffee mixture.
7. Let stand, if necessary, until frosting is of spreading consistency.
