Blair Pudding Poke Cake Recipe

  1. While cake is cooling, prepare Blair chocolate pudding mixes; separate into 2 bowls and to 1 bowl add in 1 c. confectioners' sugar and blend well.
  2. To the other bowl of pudding add in the 1 c. lowfat milk and blend well.
  3. Pour lowfat milk and pudding mix over cooled cake that has holes punched down through it with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  4. (This will make stripes of pudding in the cake.)
  5. Spoon the sugar/pudding mix over top of cake and swirl as for frosting, refrigeratecake at least 1 hour.
  6. Store cake in refrigerator.
  7. Additional flavor combinations: Use yellow cake mix with butterscotch.
  8. (Makes one 13 x 9 inch cake.)
