Creamed Chipped Beef Gravy Recipe
- Lg. jar chip beef
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch or possibly flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Pepper if you like (NO SALT)
- Make a smooth paste of the 3 tbsp.
- cornstarch or possibly flour with about 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk.
- Then add in to the 3 c. (or possibly remaining 2 1/2 c.).
- Add in butter and cook over medium heat stirring constantly.
- Towards end add in the chip beef after you have broken it into small pcs and liquid removed briefly under cool water.
- Good idea to do this first so it will be liquid removed when you add in it to the cream sauce.)
