Jalapeno Cheddar Salmon Burger

  2. Preheat the broiler.
  3. Roughly chop the salmon into chunks.
  4. Place in a food processor and grind until the salmon is completely broken down.

  6. In a large bowl, mix salmon with jalapeno, cheese, lime and spices.
  7. Mix until evenly distributed.
  8. Split the mixture in half to make two evenly sized patties.

  10. Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat.
  11. Add olive oil and once hot, add patties and cook until it gets a nice crust on each side, about 3 1/2 minutes on each side.

  13. Meanwhile, make the sauce.
  14. Combine the yogurt, lime juice and spices in a small bowl.
  15. Slice the buns in half, put them on a pan with the cut sides facing up and set under broiler until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

  17. Plate the dish.
  18. Place burger on the bottom half of the bun.
  19. Spread sauce over the top and add the top bun.
  20. Serve.
  21. Enjoy!
