Hanky Pankies
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 pound Bulk Pork Sausage
- 1 whole Fresh Jalapeno
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Cocktail Bread, Rye Or Sourdough
- Brown the ground beef and sausage in a large skillet.
- Seed and chop up fresh jalepeno and add to the mixture.
- Once fully cooked, drain the fat off the meat.
- Add the cubed Velveeta on low heat and stir until cheese melts.
- Spread mixture over cocktail bread.
- You can freeze these and then take them out when needed, heating them up using the broiler to toast them.
- Enjoy!
