Potato Salmon or Tuna Patties
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Salmon Or Tuna, Drained And Flaked
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/4 cups Herb Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Dry Potato Flakes
- 1 whole Onion, Minced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
- 1/4 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Oilive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

- In a medium bowl, mix tuna or salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, potato flakes, onion, garlic, dill weed, celery salt, salt and pepper.

- Form the mixture into 2 balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2 thick.
- 3.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- 4.
- In batches, cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
- These are great with dill sauce on top!
