Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes with 1 teaspoon salt in boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mash potatoes until smooth; add cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, garlic salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add cream; mix well after each addition. Put in greased baking dish.
  6. (Bake at once or cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.)
  7. Dot top of potatoes with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake in 325u0b0 oven 30 minutes. Increase heat to 375u0b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
