The Monkey

• 1 ounce Kahlua
• 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
• 1 ounce coconut syrup
• 12 ripe banana
• 1 ounce half-and-half
• ice
• 14 slice pineapple

1. Fill a blender 1/3 full of ice.
2. Add ingredients and blend until creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple.
