Sun Dried Tomato Tortellini Salad

  1. Cook tortellini as directed on package; drain.
  2. Rinse with cold water.
  3. Place in a large bowl.
  4. Add vegetables, olives and dressing; toss to coat.
  5. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  6. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT with the meal.
