Crawfish Cornbread
- 1 packages Frozen Crawfish Tails
- 1 can Cream Style Corn
- 1/2 Onion ( diced )
- 1/2 Bell Pepper ( diced )
- 1/4 cup Green Onions ( Scallions )
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese ( shredded )
- 2 Eggs
- 1 stick Butter
- 4 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Preheat Oven to 350F
- Mix Dry Ingredients Together
- Mix the Wet Ingredients Together
- Now Mix ALL the Ingredients Together
- Pour into a Lightly Greased 13 x 9 Baking Dish until Even on Top
- Bake in Oven 45 - 55 Minutes until Golden Brown on Top
