Mexi Burgers

  1. Mix everything in a large mixing bowl and form into 4 patties.
  2. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill and cook each burger for about 6 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with whole wheat buns, tomato, avocado and Monterey or pepperjack cheese and a smear of mayo!
