Korean Beef Tacos

  1. Place steak and onions in shallow dish.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended.
  3. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing mixture.
  5. Pour remaining over steak and onions; refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
  6. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove steak and onions from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Grill steak and onions 12 to 14 min.
  9. or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F) and onions are tender, turning steak after 7 min.
  10. and turning onions occasionally.
  11. Remove steak and onions from barbecue.
  12. Brush steak with reserved dressing mixture; let stand 5 min.
  13. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place on tortillas.
  14. Top with onions, tomatoes and cheese.
