Philly Cheese Steak Nachos
- 1 pound Sirlion Steak Or You Can Use Cube Steak.
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped Into 1-inch Pieces
- 2 whole Bell Peppers, 1 Red 1 Green Chopped Into 1 Inch Pieces
- 1/4 cups Half-and-half
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips Any Kind You Fancy, 12 Ounce Bag
- Place steak on a broiler pan, pour worcestershire on both sides.
- Broil 5-8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of your steak.
- (You can use leftover cooked steak as well).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute peppers and onions until tender, about 20 minutes.
- When steak is done, let it rest while peppers and onions are cooking.
- Meanwhile heat half and half in a medium sauce pan on medium heat and when it starts to steam throw in 1 Tablespoon of butter, cheese and pepper and lower heat to low.
- Stir constantly until smooth.
- Keep an eye on it and continue stirring occasionally.
- Slice steak super thin and cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Place nacho chips on a large platter, top with peppers and onions then steak and pour cheese sauce over it all.
- Serve warm.
