Hot Black Bean Dip
- 2 cans Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes And Chiles
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 bunch Spring Onions, Chopped
- 2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
- Combine beans, sour cream, Rotel and chopped green onions together with 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Mix well and pour into greased square baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with Tostitos Scoops or your favorite tortilla chips.
