Rice and Beans
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 16 ounces canned kidney beans, drained of all but 1 tablespoon liquid
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- Heat oil in large skillet and saute the onion, celery, and garlic.
- Stir in the rice, beams, and parsley.
- Season with Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper.
- stir for 5 minutes or until heated through.
