Veal Cutlet Parmigiana Recipe

  1. Dredge flattened veal cutlets into flour.
  2. Beat Large eggs, salt, pepper and minced parsley.
  3. Dip the veal cutlets into this egg mix.
  4. Heat oil in fry pan.
  5. Saute/fry the onion and garlic till light brown.
  6. Add in the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Simmer for 10-15 min, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add in Parmesan cheese to taste.
