Lime Pork Chops with Asparagus
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 lb. boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 lb. asparagus spears, trimmed
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chops in shallow dish; turn chops over to evenly coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Bring 1-1/2 qt.
- (6 cups) water to boil in large saucepan.
- Meanwhile, heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chops; cook 4 min.
- on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
- Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Add asparagus to boiling water; cook 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Serve with chops.
